I’m a resident since 51 years. I think the colour, shape and wording are fine. Don’t think there’s ANY need for Baberton Mains being attached to Junper Green. It was only farmland and apart from houses being built over the years doesn’t have much interest attached to it.

A signpost at each end of the village shold be enough. And since it did have a lot of mills along the waterway, Historic Mill Village is quite a good description. (At least it pays service to all those folk who worked in the mills!)
