Rocky roads to travel ….
I can’t help but notice how much road resurfacing is taking place around Currie. Quite a lot was done last year and again this year further work is underway. Now this is great for Currie residents and their vehicles, but I wonder when we’ll see the roads around Juniper Green, including the Lanark Road, resurfaced. Goodness knows what the criteria is to decide which area has priority but even a cursory glance around the village shows road surfaces akin to farm tracks. Come on local Councillors how about getting something done here too. I know my bicycle and aging bones would certainly appreciate it. May
