Post Office development
A thought. Although the planning application to relocate the Post Office (which ceased trading today) and build new Public Toilets appears fine on its own, one could imagine that it would then lead to the road being realigned to make it more acceptable to Planners if a housing development was proposed for the Splash Bathroom site or the old Juniper Green Paper Mill site. This would almost certainly require traffic lights to be installed as is about to happen at Lanark Road and Blinkbonny Road. JMH
